September 13th Guest speaker, Mike Cooper, gives a powerpoint presentation and talk about the bombing and damage to Reading and surrounding districts during WW2. Everyone welcome Charvil Village Hall, 8.00 - 9.45pm.
September 27th ' Dealing Evening', member dealers and any guest dealers sell postcards and cigarette cards. Members of the public are most welcome to BUY and obtain FREE ADVICE on their postcards and cigarette cards, find out about the Club, details of the quarterly card auctions, and the hobbies.
October 11th 'Quarterly Auction' for Club members of cigarette cards and postcards sold by club members and MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.
October 25th Powerpoint presentation by member Geoff Ashton on' Early Railways, politics and monies involved in the development of the Railway system' Jubilee Hall, Charvil
November 8th Powerpoint presentation by member Neil Baldry on 'A journey down the Thames'. Charvil Village Hall
November 22nd Members show and talk about their 'recent finds', always an interesting evening seeing the collecting interests and 'luck of the hunt' of fellow members
December 13th AGM, followed by the Christmas Party and a light hearted quiz.
